Well-organized and Timely

Defining the process of journaling as “where you will confront your vulnerabilities,” the author clearly explains the relationship between mental health and journaling practice.

The audiobook was well-organized and structured in the format of a master class. Janet’s insight evoked emotions such as hope, encouragement, and faith in the healing process of journaling. Moreover, after listening, I felt confident and empowered.

I will refer back to this audiobook annually to refresh my brain on the practice of mental health journaling.

I highly recommend this book to those dealing with mental health stressors due to the pandemic and those new to the practice of journaling.

Beautiful Introduction to Journalling

I have always been aware of journalling, but never took it up myself. This guide, though, really does show the benefits of why doing so regularly really makes a difference. So relevant for what is going on with people around the world today as well. Beautifully narrated and a great listen!

Packed with helpful tips!

I didn't know there was much more for me to learn about journaling. This book has been eye opening and I'm definitely feeling the mental health benefits of applying the many helpful suggestions.

Enjoyable and Insightful

There were so many prompts and ideas on how to get the most out of maintaining a journal. I didn’t realize there were so many benefits. I highly recommend sitting back and listening to this audio book.
