Fun and sweet
A really enjoyable and easy listen, everything you want on a romantic novel. A bit predictable but not entirely transparent. Performance was great.

Just found Emily Henry and really enjoy her books!
Similar tone, of course, to previous read but really enjoyable, easy listening. Narration really good which makes or breaks a book for me.
Felt a connection to the characters and invested in their future.

Predictable but I loved it
The cover initially caught my eye with the bright graphic, and thought it sounded like an easy listen. I really enjoyed this book and was listening at every moment possible! Alex & Poppy were very likeable characters.
The performance by the narrator was great too. An easy listen.

Wonderful!!
She’s done it again! I laughed so much and so loudly and smiled on the street for everyone to see and I clutched my heart and I made a thousand bookmarks…This book really “speaks” to me!

Loved!
I do enjoy a Rom com but this is up there with the best. It’s a wonderful slow burn and Poppy and Alex are not only likeable but relatable.
By the end of the book I had shed a tear for them!

Can’t quite decide
The start of this book I found more challenging than I thought I would to get into it, but once the characters final holiday started I began to enjoy to narrative.
I really liked the back and forth through timelines and seeing how their relationship developed, and influenced their last journey together.
Though it was obvious what was going to happen I was slightly disappointed with the ending, I can’t quite put my finger on it, as I was routing for them, but I felt there could have been more between the main characters IMO.
Overall, an enjoyable holiday read.

Loved the ending!
But boring trips, and the fact that it took them over 12 years to realise…. ANYTHING…. Ludacris!
