Publisher's summary

He's a hot single dad. A military man with abs of steel. My brother's best friend. My biggest enemy. And now my fake date to my best friend's wedding. Disasterville, here we come....

Mission: Survive my best friend's wedding, where I must play nice with my ex and his perfect new girlfriend.

Strategy: Bring the hottest fake boyfriend on the planet.

Target: Grady Rock. Master baker. Dimples. Muscles. The unicorn of fake boyfriends.

Complication: Wyatt Morgan. My brother's best friend. My sworn enemy. Military man. Sexy as hell single dad. The man I let into my panties for one night of hot hate sex after my ex dumped me.

And the man who just scared off that perfect fake boyfriend.

By pretending to be my real boyfriend.

I can roll with this though. What’s the harm in Flirting with the Frenemy if it helps me get the job done?

Complete my mission and move on.

Or so I thought.

Until Wyatt kisses me again and I start feeling things I shouldn't.

The thing about weddings...nothing ever goes as planned.

Flirting with the Frenemy is a rollicking fun romantic comedy featuring a single dad military man, an irritatingly attractive blast from his past, pirates, cursing parrots, and a wedding gone wild. It stands alone with no cheating or cliffhangers.

Pippa Grant always does an awesome job! Love her stories!!! And of course Erin and Joe know how to deliver them!! Little bit of all emotions but definitely lots of laughs! Wish Shipwreck was a real place! I'd be there in a heartbeat!!!!

LOL Funny!!

This book is what you want your Rom Com to be. Funny Funny Funny, Sweet, Hot, and great narration. Pippa Grant delivers a book with hilarious banter throughout. The whole pirate themed week with the wedding was perfect, its something out of the ordinary yet sounds hilariously fun.
The dynamic of friends and a smallish town, spot on. The narration, oh, the narration. Joe Arden and Erin Mallon bring it all, and they knock it out of the park. You want a fun listen? This is it. It's definitely one you'd listen to over and over, I don't see how it would get boring.

Perfection!

2 of my favorite narrators pairs with my favorite romcom author? nothing better! I just re-listened to this story and I still love it. Great for steam, laughs and Ellie and Wyatt's relationship.

Cute

Cute story! I liked the flow and felt the connection between the two main characters. This is one of my favorite tropes with a surprise because the older bro actually encourages them to get together.

I would recommend listening/reading Copper Valley Fireballs first as there were characters showing up and I had now idea what their story was or why they were in here.

I listened to this on audio. Erin Mallon and Joe Arden did the narration. They are enjoyable to listen to.

So much fun, great world building

I really wish I had the opportunity to attend a wedding of the caliber being described in the book. Ellie and Wyatt have a had a one time event before things fell apart. Then Ellie was in a car accident and months later, they meet again, this time as enemies. But Wyatt pretends to be Ellie's boyfriend so she can face her ex's wedding. But will this fake relationship become too real?

I couldn't stop laughing during the wedding scene. But the whole book is full of fun, wacky characters. There's so much personality in this book and I love the world building (can't wait to read the next book). This was, overall, just a fun experience. I need Shipwreck to be real. I initially read the book but then, had to buy the audiobook which is fantastic. I love Erin Mallon, who has a great ability to play multiple characters, both female and male. Joe Arden has a smooth voice and he did really well.
