Must read for new Intermittent Fasters

I just started my IF journey with literally knowing nothing. This book was recommended by another IFer in a FB group I'm in and definitely no regrets reading this one. In fact i learnt so much how yo do it right and I'm set for life and ready to embrace IF as my lifestyle.

I'm in to fasting 2months at this point now... The time i finished this book anf i already feel my pounds dropping steadily but most importantly my resting heatt rate id so much better and i feel amazing

Opens your eyes

So many questions were answered and it really opened my eye to intermittent fasting. I realized I was fasting dirty because of chewing gum! Who would of thought! Now I’m 100% fasting clean and checking ingredients on my coffee and teas. I am 2 months in and feel amazing and have more energy than I have had in the last 10 years!

In Depth Research Summary on IF that is not Boring

Gin has a large following for a reason. She wants people to succeed in health and weight loss goals. She will summarize for you how to succeed in fasting using the research available today. I’m re- reading her books because this group of intermittent fasters is winning. They are taking off the weight and keeping it off. Something I don’t see anywhere else. Start here and she will tell you other books to read and why.

Great book!

I just finished and I liked it so much I bought the hard copy as well so I can highlight key points. I will definitely be reading it again as it's a lot of great information. I highly recommend reading!

The New Fasting Bible

How lucky are we to have the experience of Gin Stephens herself to troubleshoot and give us a book with everything we need to succeed with an IF lifestyle! Gin's writing style and kind nature make it easy to understand why we fast, how to fast, and what to do if we plateau or need some extra boosts. Must Read for anyone considering the intermittent fasting lifestyle.

I listened to this book after about a week into my intermittent fasting journey. I have learned so much from Gin and her books. I listened to this everyday while walking, driving, anything I was doing where I could focus on the book. I finished it in just a few days and learned soooo much. There is a lot of reference to scientific research and so much great support for the intermittent fasting lifestyle.
I’m glad for the audiobook so I could get all the information in as quickly as possible. But now I want to get the paper version so I can mark it up with all the great tips.

So informative!

I love that Gin, the author, did the reading. She made it feel as though she were a friemd sitting at your kitchen table, sharing a cup of black coffee (hehe), and sharing all the knowledge in her head because she just cares. It was a great listen and great book. It is chock full of information, so I will most likely buy a physical copy to highlight and tab.
