Like for many of you, Sergey’s life was defined by working long hours and eating whatever unhealthy delivery he could find late into the night. With each meal, his waist expanded, his sleep worsened, and he felt a growing sense of dread about his health. Eventually, this scenario became something he would not accept. Extreme stress and lack of self-care brought him to the doctor. He drew a very pessimistic picture of Sergey’s future: premature death or medicine every day for the rest of his life. Short audio book with good advice

Short audio book with good advice and tips. Not incredibly detailed but there are some good nuggets in the book. It doesn't take long to finish it. My biggest complaint was it refers to some resources that were not included in the audio version. Most audible books will have a PDF however this one is lacking a PDF file with some of the goodies.

A Must-Read from An Expert in the Longevity Space!

This book presents a straightforward approach to living a long and healthy life, which can be listened to in the span of a day or two (brevity in books is always appreciated). Instead of giving complex diet plans that not even the most committed athletes could follow (like most diet books out there), I liked that this focuses on guiding principles which can be applied broadly. This will help the reader make informed decisions for the rest of their life, not just for the next 28 days or 6 weeks like most other programs. Thanks, Sergey, for all your work in pushing the longevity space forward and for giving myself and other readers a book on diet that can be easily applied!

Overrated. Returning this book

I experienced no deph of knowledge when listening to this book, and I think all this could have come in just one chapter instead of all the others. I learned more from the author's free YouTube talks than this book. Returning this book.
