Publisher's summary

From New York Times best-selling author Kristen Proby comes an all-new single-dad forced-proximity novel in her beloved With Me in Seattle series!

There are two things Maeve O’Callaghan values more than anything else: her family and her career. Being the eldest daughter in a large, close-knit, and somewhat chaotic Irish family means spending most of her nights in the family-owned pub, serving drinks and food, always accompanied by a smile. During the day, she’s a superstar real estate agent, selling homes on her beloved island just across Puget Sound from Seattle. She doesn’t have time for much else, and she’s perfectly okay with that.

Enter Hunter Meyers. He’s looking for a new place to call home, somewhere out of the city, and believes life on the island could be just the thing for him and his troubled teenage daughter. While in search of finding the perfect house, his sexy realtor catches his eye, making him feel things he hasn’t in years. But with the added baggage of a surly teen and a past that will never be forgotten, how can he make something permanent with the gorgeous Irishwoman who tempts him like no other?

Maeve isn’t just attracted to Hunter with his killer grin and muscles for days. The teenager that tries so hard to push her away also pulls at her heartstrings. Maeve understands the importance of family, and can see herself making just that with Hunter and his daughter. But when his past comes back to haunt him, will their love be strong enough, or will they be ripped apart forever?

Family Saga with Instant Chemistry

This is an ARC review. All opinions are solely my own.

Flirt With Me by Kristen Proby is book 4 of The O'Callaghans series that is a tangent in the With Me In Seattle series. I love a family saga and listening to this one has made me want to revisit this 17 book series.

This audio book is narrated by Stella Bloom and Conner Crais. They are delicious perfection for Maeve O'Callaghan and Hunter Meyers.

Maeve O'Callaghan flirts with the hot guy at her family's Irish pub not knowing he's her new client. Hunter Meyers wants to move to away from Seattle to slow down his teenage daughter's life. Imagine his surprise when the hot waitress at the Irish pub is his real estate agent.

This is instant chemistry. As always, there's a bit of drama in every Kristen Proby book \

I will never not read this family saga.

FAVORITE book in this series!!! Incredible storyline AND narration!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Connor and Stella’s narration of this story made the whole book! Their voices made me feel like I was a part of the family and right there in the story. Plus, Connor’s voice as Hunter is deep, decadent and perfection! He’s a new favorite narrator of mine!

Hands down my favorite O’Callaghan story! I could go on and on about my love and passion for this book! Kristen wrote these characters so well that you’ll quickly fall in love with Hunter and Maeve! We’ve met Maeve multiple times before as she is one of the 5 O’Callaghan siblings. She is a real estate agent and helps out at the O’Callaghan family pub. Then we meet Hunter Myers. He’s a former MMA fighter and single dad. After his daughter, Rachel continues to get in trouble he decides he needs a change and moves to the island.

The first meeting of Maeve and Hunter is one of my FAVORITE scenes Kristen has written! Their banter and flirting had me swooning! It was sweet, charming and just down right adorable! As soon as Hunter walks into the O’Callaghan bar on the island he sees Maeve working and he is taken aback by her. “And when she glances my way and those Irish eyes meet mine, my world tilts on its access.” Swoon!!! Then, while he eats at the bar, Maeve says, “Need anything? More napkins, another beer, my phone number?” I knew right then and there that this book was going to be REMARKABLE and I was hooked on Hunter and Maeve! Their whole story is engaging, pleasing, and has so much love and tenderness!

This one has it all!

This book has all the feels - loved Maeve and Hunter. Don’t usually like the single dad books but I fail head over heels in love with this dad. Kristen outdid herself with this one. Stella Bloom and Connor Crais were fantastic! Listening for the second time and would love to see Passionflix make a movie out of this book. Totally worth a credit - that’s what I used mine for 😊. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved every minute!!

What's better than a sexy book with a hot MMA fighter? A sexy book about an MMA Fighter who knows my book boyfriend the unbelievably hot Nate McKenna. lol!!
Flirt with Me was filled with instant lust goodness. The chemistry was just explosive between Hunter and Maeve. I couldn't get enough of them. I've read it twice and the audio just omg!! I have never listened to anything by Connor Crais but you can bet I will be.

"Maeve neither of us is going to be keeping our hands to ourselves for much longer."
"Promise?"

Hunter is a retired MMA fighter who is trying to do the best thing for his daughter Rachel. Which involves a move to the O'Callaghan's part of the world. I don't know about you but I wouldn't say no to having that family in my everyday life. Maeve has been one of my favorite O'Callaghan family members. I love her and I knew her story would be phenomenal and whatever hero came her way would have to be such a strong character to handle the fiesty. Hunter did not disappoint. I flew through this book. Five stars!!!

Single dad's are my favorite!

I don't care if it's a With Me in Seattle book or a spinoff of the series, I love all the characters and their ways of finding love. Kristen Proby has a way of creating a whole world that continues to feel fresh, new and exciting with each book and Flirt With Me was no exception. A Cute, fun, flirty, and fast paced story that is a great addition to The O'Callaghans.

Maeve is a successful real estate agent by day that also loves working at her family's Irish pub by night. She isn't looking for anything besides saving up for her dream home. She's successful on her own. Until Hunter walks into the family pub and there is some instant chemistry between the 2. She flirts with him and he flirts right back. Of course this is only the beginning as their paths cross the very next day as Hunter is searching for a home on the island.

I loved Hunter and his relationship with his daughter. A single dad that is protective and loves his daughter fiercely without overdoing it is so dang sexy. Then add Maeve to the mix and the way they just fit and had that chemistry? Chef's kiss. But the creme de la creme? Rachel's (Hunter's daughter) relationship with the older O'Callahans. All the characters from past books and how they interact with the newest couple was just the topping on this sweet cake. But this story wasn't just Maeve and Hunter, it was also about Maeve, Hunter and Rachel (his daughter). Because when you get in a relationship with a single parent, it's about the children as well. And Kristen Proby did a great job with balancing all three of them.

With all that said, I enjoyed this quick read/listen. As I listened to the audio, I have to give major props to the narrators as they did a great job with their characters and the added Irish accents. They brought the characters alive and made them seem more real. I loved the way the O'Callaghans were such a loving family and opened up their homes and lives to Hunter and Rachel. I loved their relationship with one another and the way they loved fiercely. A great family saga that can definitely be read as a standalone (I can attest to that as I haven't read them all and had just enough of the past stories to make me want to read more, but didn't need them to appreciate Maeve and Hunter's story).
Can't wait to read more in this series!

Adorable

Oh how I love being back in the Seattle universe and I just love O'Callahans. This is Maeve's book and I just love her independent and sassy self. She is a real estate agent by day and waitress by night in her family bar. When Hunter comes to island to get his 15 year old daughter away from some bad influencing friends he meets Maeve while visiting the bar. They flirt and the next day she finds he is her client there to find a home. I really enjoy the slow burn of their relationship, the flirting was so cute and I just swooned over Hunter and the way he treated Maeve. Very little angst and lots good fun.

Ornery teenagers... sooo relatable

This is, so far, my favorite installment of the O’Callaghan family books in the With Me in Seattle series. I can relate so much with this story in regard to having an ornery teenager who has a good heart. They live in a different world than we did, so I love that this aspect was so relatable.

This book kept me engaged from the first line to the last. 5 flirty stars for Maeve and Hunter! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
