Holy plot twist!!! I did not see that coming! I can’t wait to read the next book and find out what happened. Truly a fabulous book!

Still good but...

It got kind of annoying how they kept having to rehash their commitment to each other. They would come to an understanding and both agree they wanted to be in a relationship with each other and then something would happen or something would be said and Emma would doubt our run. I like stories about runners when they run for a good reason. Emma constantly trying to run just felt like a slap in the face to Jax. He had more of a reason to not want the relationship but he was all in. In fact it was really sweet how much he wanted Emma. But Emma kind of annoyed me in this book.

It was still good though. And we’re still uncovering secrets as the story continues.

great plot twists

the story continues! This is book two of three, FYI. Sexy scenes and just enough twists and turns to keep you guessing about what comes next.

Romeo and Juliet type romance. Book 2 of 3

First off, it’s a pretty good trilogy so far. There’s suspense, sexy times, and such. However I feel, as I do most trilogies, that the second book is mostly fluff. I was super happy with how honest the couple is with each other. There are tons of opportunities for issues to arise bc of their interpretations of events, but they talk it out. However, how many times does the heroine have to walk around by herself before she realizes every time she does, she gets into some kind of danger? Off the top of my head, I can think of at least three times this happens.

Dying for Book 3!

I've finished this book and Book 3 isn't out yet. What a great mystery going here! Fortunately for me, book 3 is coming out soon. These two together are awesome. Love Savage as his unique personality really adds depth. At this point, everyone is suspect.
The narrators, Jason and Erin, continue to do their awesome jobs. Thanks to both.

Finally

Omg... finally the 2nd book, but another cliffhanger 😤🤯..the only thing I would change is the constant banter with her threatening to run away 4 the SAME thing 😫🤬 otherwise it was a good book with 2 of the best narrators with audible

Good listen

I’ve been listening to a lot of the book series by Lisa Renee Jones. I know there is some slight plot changes but I feel as though the scenes are on repeat. I keep listening bc I like to get to the end of the story and find out who done it.
Overall I enjoy these books.

One Woman (Naked Trilogy Book 2)

🎧🎧AUDIO REVIEW🎧🎧

I read this trilogy back in 2019 when each part of the trilogy published about 3 months or so apart and by the time I got to the end, too much time had lapsed between books, and I had to keep going back and forth from book to book to look up circumstances about the story and it messed with my reading mojo a whole lot.

Well, not only did binging the audiobooks give me a more pleasurable experience, but it also upended all my negative thoughts! AND, enough time has passed since 2019 that I really felt like this was a brand-new story to me today! This was an excellent way to end 2023 *heart eyes*

Story Review (word for word from 2019 lol & Rating: 5+ Stars in 2023!!

Jesus Christ on a cracker!!! *deep breath*

I don’t think I have ever been more excited for a duet/trilogy/story to come to its conclusion. This story is just unbelievably intense and edgy and riddled with twists and secrets. I’ve tried from the beginning to try and guess what may be happening futuristically with these two but it’s pointless because just when I think I have it … I have nothing. TRUST NOTHING!

I have to say, I am seriously impressed with the level of anticipation and excitement this story has held from the very beginning. From the very first page/scene of One Man I have been on edge. It is glorious and I have to give props to Lisa for having the talent to be able to unfold this story flawlessly so far. I cannot wait to read what’s in store next ….
