Publisher's summary

“Nothing is enough to the man for whom enough is too little.” (Epicurus)

At what age did I begin to question everything? Even I, Donavan Sherman, am unable to answer that question. As far back as I can recall, I saw the world not through the rose-colored glasses of others - the spectacles worn by those who see what surrounds them and are satisfied - but through vision hued by green.

Life took me along a journey that didn’t sugar-coat the world; it opened my eyes to the true qualities of green - greed, illness, and envy. After all, even Disney surrounds their villains in green smoke. That green hue created the realization that there is always more, always better, and never enough.

I saw, I coveted, I took, and I conquered. I found.

Finder’s keepers.

Finding Julia along the side of the road began my thirst for her. With each passing day, I need more of her and her world. Nothing will stop the burning desire she’s refueled inside me with the aid of green envy.

From New York Times best-selling author Aleatha Romig comes a brand-new age-gap, family saga, chance meeting, contemporary romantic-suspense novel in the world of high finance, where success is sweet and revenge is sweeter.

Have you been Aleatha’d?

Green Envy is a full-length novel and book two of the Sin series that began with Red Sin.

What!?!?

I want book 3 now please! Julia and Van are together and her parents an her ex are gone… but she has questions about his past that he needs time to answer.

They return to Chicago so that she can find out what’s happening with her family’s company. The business that her grandfather wanted her to have. But it seems that there’s something going on and Julia intends to find out what it is. When she begins researching, she has questions. When she questions the person who seems to be the problem, she gets discouraged and wants to go home…. And that’s just a whole kettle of Watzf just happened!!!!!

Aleatha Romig has been a favorite author for me for a long time. Her ability to draw me in with the subject matter, and engage me with the characters makes reading her work a must for me. I listened to this one, and the narrators just made it much more interesting!

Do I recommend this? 100% yes! It’s excellent!’

Enjoy her Style

This book tied the storyline together - now I wish I could go back and increase the star review on Red Sin. Together it is a great story.

Brilliant book.

I would give this book 10 stars if I could. The narrators are superb and the story just gets better with each book. I am really looking forward to the final book in the trilogy.

Drama Filled

The saga continues to be quite interesting and entertaining; being from WI, I can relate to the city of Ashland and that cold weather. I hate it when books end with a cliffhanger; however, the next book is available to quench my curiosity. The narrators are doing a fantastic job with characters. On to Book 3!

Good listen

1st - I hate cliffhangers so I usually wait until all of a series is released before I start reading/listening…thought it was only 2 books. 🥺

Julia and Van have an interesting dynamic. I wish Van would be more forthcoming about his past because he knows it could effect her.

Novela

I adore Aletha Romig but I’m not a fan of this series. This is a novela that gives very little until the last two sentences then ends with a cliffhanger 🙄🤷‍♀️ I just finished book 2 but not really interested in finding out how this saga ends. I’m disappointed but not enough to spend two more credits. The storyline could have been really good but just like Mr. Sherman, Aletha wanted more and more.
