The gift is a gift

I love loved loved this book. It was about the best book i have read by Cathy, i must admit i found it hard to
get in to as i kept waiting for each chapter to be about a different character (I find the books that have a chapter about different people take a while to get going) but I soon realised it was about one main person. Freyas story was fab and i am keeping all crossed that we can meet her and her family again. Thanks Cathy

Good listen

Although slow to begin with as it was Cathy Kelly stuck with it. Once I engaged with the characters the enjoyment kicked in. Cathy Kelly always gives an excellent insight into how the mind works. Excellent narration by Caroline Lennon.

hard to get into

this book was a bit meh... I've enjoyed the previous books by Cathy Kelly, but this was very hard to get into. The story in it self was good, but the flow of it changed pace and a bit rushed in places.
