Will Paal still want to keep Leti has his cherished female?

His Human Possession is the eighth book in the Zandian Masters series, and I suggest reading/listening to the previous books first. Leti has always been a sex slave, so when the chance to finally be free arrives, she still tries to latch onto Paal, a Zandian who seems to both relish and hate their time spent together. As the Zandians get closer to taking back their planet, Leti and Paal’s emotions turn true, but when Leti finds out life changing news, will Paal still want to keep Leti as his cherished female?

I love this series and was thrilled with this book! Leti and Paal were extremely passionate, full of insecurities, dealing with some major outside issues, and this romance just swept me up and I could do nothing except keep listening to find out more! Leti had an extremely rough life, dreamed of freedom, but never too hard, and had to always be in survival mode. I loved watching her relax and try to figure out who the real Leti was and what she truly wanted in life. Paal was dominant, had some serious mommy issues which filtered down to Leti, but I loved that he wanted so much out of his relationship with Leti. They might not have been the best match looking at them right away, but I really loved how they evened each other out, let each other grow, offer some hard truths when needed, and leaned on each other, too. Plus, all the outside events with the Zandians, their planets, and I loved seeing all of the previous mates! Mr. Addams did a fantastic job with all of the voices. Paal just came alive for me, I felt like he was talking to me right behind my shoulder! So good! This book is the perfect blend between sweet, steamy, action packed, and full of new love!

Amazing!!

This one made me cry and laugh durning the story. Also made cheer for all of the Zandians as they battled to take back their home. I have fallen in love listening to these stories and reading them as each Warrior gets to find his mate and as their stories progress.

I Loved Paal

Mr. Adams' voice still bugs me - I wish a different Narrator handled this series, because it's SO good! If I'm in the right mood, I can mostly get past that. And for Paal's story? It's truly worth it. Paal and Leti are both SO relatable and "human" (even though Paal's Zandian, of course). Paal's such a sweetheart, I just ached for him, so many times. It's easy to identify with them, because Renee Rose does an excellent job conveying their thoughts, feelings, and the misunderstandings between the characters.

Paal gets more than a mate

I liked seeing Paal grow and develop trust with Leti. Some tears and sweet moments with lots of heat and sone surprises. I loved the expressive narration. Great series.
