great book

This was great! I had just listened to "Delay Don't Deny" and was pretty turned off by it. Although this book lacked some of the science that the other book had, it was much easier to listen to and much more inspiring.

Very practical!

This book's laid back approach makes intermittent fasting seem so much more doable than others. Kayla gives practical advice based on her own experiences. I'm very encouraged to not give up now.

No nonsense approach

I really enjoyed this audiobook and the writer’s style. The chapters are well organized and thoughtfully illustrated by the author’s own experiences with intermittent fasting. The narration was great. Would highly recommend this audiobook.

Great Book

Love Kayla’s laid back approach to intermittent fasting. I have read many books on fasting and I love that she has made it her own plan and not gotten sucked in the deep hole with all the conflicting information that is out there. It’s definitely something doable for everyone.

great book!

a good reminder that not every plan or system is made for everybody. Nice to hear it's ok to make adjustments as you need and can still see success. Kayla has great real life tips for intermittent fasting.

I have never been so glad I bought a book!

After seeing a video on YouTube about Kayla and her weight loss journey, I decided to read her story too. I just started intermittent fasting a few weeks ago, and her approach make so much sense. I love Dr Fung and Dr Berk, but this real working plan seems more like what I need. Having a simple plan, wow

She tells her story and her truths, what she’s learned and the inspirations she’s had. Maybe some of her experiences and knowledge will awaken the light within you and get you on your journey.

surprisingly good!

I went into it with low expectations; a diet book that seems very specific? I think anyone could come away with this book learning a lot; about habits, human nature, and persistence. Inspiring and kept my interest.
