Publisher's summary

The highly anticipated continuation of the Sasha Urban series!

With my seer powers finally under my control, I'm ready to plunge into the unknown to find my father.

He may have abandoned me, but I’ll go to the ends of the Otherlands to save him from his torment.

Only problem? With unexpected allies and even more surprising enemies, this rescue mission might be more than I bargained for.

And still, no end in sight...

Series is waaay too long. I would recommend waiting until the entire series is out and you’ll get through them in no time at all. Most of these books have “filler” copy - as in you can fall asleep, wake up and not have missed anything important. Such a shame... premise of the series is good, but she could have easily gotten the last five books into only two!

y are all out and breeze through them then.

Absolutely everything I surmised

I love it! Such a great series. I am dreading coming to the end, but what beautifully woven adventurous series. Everything I thought as the series progressed is true and it is just making love this even more. Pick it up today! Totally worth the read or listen.

Excellent story arc

In this book we see how far Sasha has come, her own motivations and how each character continues to evolve, still promising more to come.

Thrill-a-minute seems a proper term for this book. It builds well, puts you on the edge of your seat and delivers in spades!!!

The search for Sasha's real dad!

Paranormal Misdirection
Sasha Urban Series, Book 5
By: Dima Zales, Anna Zaires
Narrated by: Emily Durante
This book has Sasha on a mission to find her birth dad. Of course that is not an easy trip. Also we find out Nero's power. Things get crazy and dangerous!
Narration is great as usual.

Terrific

Can't say enough about the twists and turns. Fast is true I really can't say. Don't want to spoil it.

A great series

A good story, with plenty of twists and turns — some predictable, and some not. Overall, very enjoyable, and I particularly enjoyed finding about Russian myths/folklore. The narrator was good, too!

Hang in there

The story gets better with each book and the voice artist has stopped making Nero sound like geriatric chain smoker.

Is there such a thing as legible crack??

OMG I can't get enough!! Typically this far into a series I lose interest. This is not the case now. Most of my questions are answered finally but now I have new questions that require more answers. So I have to keep reading. What if Sasha dies? Being that her mom is who she is wouldn't she just be transformed? I don't know! Will she and Nero finally hook up? This version of Lilleth reminds me of Lilleth from Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare the huge difference is she isn't worshipped by her own kind and of course the biggest thing is no turning people to vampires or else Rose would still be with us. Oh of course no mention of her being Adams first wife like in most other depictions of her. At least not yet 🙄 Anyway... literal or legible crack! If you need a new fix, this book is it. You have got to start from book one or none of it will make sense. Happy Reading!!

Inter-Galactical Drama

In Book 5, Sasha finds out Nero's biggest secret and the first thing she does is blab about it to Felix and others around. She just can't keep her mouth shut. For me it's her worst quality.

Sasha also travels into another world to save someone. Now I'm all for saving the people who matter to you, but this chick decides to leave THE EARTH without telling others where she is going. Now does attempt to prepare herself for the journey, but it was a half-azzed attempt as she involved a guy her faints at the sight of blood and a dwarf who is scared of everything.

What redeems this installment is the action. Sasha fights. Sasha runs. Sasha saves lives. Sasha kills. Sasha gets the best kind of reward 😉.

Going into different worlds means that new characters are inevitably introduced. Some good and some bad, but all were needed if the story arc I think is coming is a definite.
