Another exceptional book in this series

I received this audiobook free for an honest review. As in books 1-4 of this series, I loved this 5th book. This series is intense, suspenseful, exciting, with a little bit of romance. Holly is a magnificent woman and Case is perfect for her. As the story grows, so does the lives and relationships of the characters in the team. More information is discovered with the rescue of the outskirt. This story has evolved with each book in the series. The author has such a wonderful imagination and a wonderful gift of creating a great story. The narrator is perfect for this type of book.

So good!!!

I loved the latest Holly Danger book! As usual, it's fast paced and Holly is a bad ass. she goes out of her own for the one, so most of the book is Holly and the status reader doing amazingly dangerous things. It was refreshing to get more back story about how the world ended up how it is and how the leaders in charge came to be. I can't wait for the next book! I'm excited for the crew to finally be headed to the floatila.

More twist than a tornado

Danger's Hunt: Holly Danger, Book 5

By Amanda Carlson Narrated by: Emma Wilder

I am absolutely a huge fan of Holly Danger. Her adventures just keep getting better with more twist than a tornado! The new information in this book is mind blowing! I do have to admit, I really like the concept of a medi-pod, especially with today’s cost of medical care.

I still love all the characters and the action. I love that Holly is finally showing that she does have emotions, a little, but enough to make readers feel with her. I’ve been wondering about her and Case since book 3! I love how this series turned out.

As with all the previous books, this is a good book as a read alone; however, I recommend reading the entire series. Another Huge 5 Boundless stars from me.

The story is getting more and more interesting

Holly is decided to rescue Case, and the best bet is going alone to avoid being discovered. There are terrible secrets surrounding the militia, and Holly and her group are in search for the truth and maybe their salvation.

I’m really loving these series. The characters feel close to the reader, gaining depth. As I thought, even though we got a lot of information about Cage in the last book, there was still a lot unknown, but revealed here. It was well worth the wait, and from here things are getting more and more interesting.

Apart from Cage’s past, more important things are found out, which will change the view of this world Holly and her friends live in. This book will set a before and after, and I am looking forward to the next one.

Emma Wilder’s narration was excellent, as always, really becoming Holly with her badass attitude, but also bringing to life the rest of characters, and delivering a compelling narration that kept me hooked to my headphones.

This is one of the best series I have read in quite some time. I would recommend it not only to post-apocalyptic fans, but to anyone who would want a well written story with surprises, twists, and interesting characters.

I received a copy of this book in audio format from the author in exchange for an honest review.

I love this series!

I love this series! Each book just gets better and better. Ms. Carlson is a great writer! And I've always been a big fan of the narrator, Emma Wilder. (How does she do the male voices?)

Book 5 was exciting because there was so much going on.

Of course, when it comes to a lead male and female, I'm usually waiting for the two characters to get together. Well, that finally happens! Now I'm not saying that the series suffered in any way because it didn't! Either way, it was a long time coming.

I loved that Mazie (?) was able to get a body. I actually never even conceived of the idea that she would have been able to get one. She was definitely stepping up in this book.

Finding out about Daze and Case? Wow!

This was an action-packed, very informative addition to the series. Great work!

Militia Showdown

It was a battle that has been brewing since book one, Benders Crew and the Militia. A great edition building on the previous four books, introducing a couple new characters and a showdown that could mean the end of Holly, Daze, Case and the rest of “Bender’s Crew” including Maizy. Great plot twists and the story keeps you coming back for more. The verbal performance has been outstanding for every book to date.

I cannot get enough

Every book in this series just makes me more desperate for the next book.

In this book I particularly love how the characters relationships are developing and all the revelations that happened. There was so much new information in this book and it shone a different light on everything that has already happened.

This book really uped the intensity and it also added a sense of hope, there's a lot of new possibilities now and I can't wait to see how this plays out in book 6.

The narration was excellent as always, great character voices and the delivery is dynamic.

I received a free copy of this book from the author and/or narrator and/or publisher and I voluntarily wrote this honest review.

Excellent!!!

This is my new favourite in the series! Finally Holly accepts her feelings for Case, which makes me happy because they are a great team and I love them as a couple.
I also love what's happened with Masie, truthfully I adore Masie and think she's been a real asset to the group.
There were also some surprising twists as to who Case was that even he didn't know. There was also a revelation about Daze that was half a surprise. I'd had a suspicion from the last couple of books who his father was but not the true identity of his father.
We also get answers about the flotilla! So much happens in this book that it grips you from start to finish!
I look forward to the next book in the series!
